FAQ
Do you photograph corporate teams or conferences?
Yes. I specialize in on-location corporate, team, and conference headshots throughout Slidell, New Orleans, and the Northshore. These sessions are quoted separately and tailored to the needs of each team.
Do you offer individual headshot sessions?
Yes. I offer one-on-one headshot sessions for professionals who want images that feel confident, polished, and natural. Whether you’re updating LinkedIn, launching a new brand, or simply ready for a more elevated look, sessions are calm, guided, and designed to put you at ease.
Do you offer on-location headshots in New Orleans?
I do. On-location sessions are available throughout New Orleans and surrounding areas for both individuals and corporate clients. A location fee may apply and is always discussed in advance so everything feels clear and comfortable.
Do you offer modeling or acting headshot sessions?
Yes, I do offer modeling and acting headshot sessions on a limited basis. These sessions are more in-depth than standard professional headshots and are designed to allow for greater creative range, wardrobe changes, and expression variety.
Because modeling and acting headshots require additional time and preparation, they are quoted separately to ensure the session is properly tailored to your goals. If you’re an actor or model, I recommend reaching out so we can discuss what you need and determine the best session approach.
Do you help with posing and expressions?
Absolutely. Most clients tell me this is their biggest concern—and it’s where I shine. I’ll guide you through posing and expressions step by step so your images feel confident, approachable, and authentically you.
What should I wear for my headshot session?
What you wear plays a big role in how polished and confident your images feel. I recommend choosing pieces that feel like an elevated version of your everyday style—clothing that fits well, feels comfortable, and aligns with how you want to be perceived professionally.
For professional headshots, solid colors and simple layers photograph beautifully. Neutrals, soft tones, and rich, classic colors tend to work best on camera. It’s generally best to avoid bold patterns, logos, or anything overly trendy that may distract from your face.
For modeling or acting headshots, we’ll often plan a few wardrobe options to create variety while keeping the focus on expression and versatility. Once you’re booked, I’m happy to offer guidance to help you feel confident and prepared going into your session.
How long does a headshot session take?
Most professional headshot sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the session you choose. This allows time to settle in, adjust lighting, explore a few looks, and capture a range of polished, natural expressions without feeling rushed.
Modeling or acting headshots typically require additional time and creative variety, including more wardrobe changes, expression range, and direction. If you’re looking for modeling or acting-specific headshots, I recommend reaching out so we can plan a session that allows the time and flexibility those images deserve.

What is your retouching style?
My editing style is refined, elevated, and polished. I focus on natural skin refinement, balanced color, and subtle cleanup while preserving texture and features—so you still look like yourself, just refreshed and camera-ready.
How long does it take to receive my headshots?
For Individual Headshots, proofing galleries are typically delivered within 2 business days. Final retouched images are delivered within 5 business days after selections are made. Rush delivery is available if you’re working on a deadline.
How many images are included in a headshot session?
Each session includes a set number of professionally retouched images. After your session, you’ll view a proofing gallery and select your favorites, with the option to add additional images or image bundles if you’d like more variety.
